Order
By creating an account and signing up with us, you are gaining early access to our new arrivals, exclusive collections and our flash sales!
You can browse through our products and click on the ‘Add to cart’ button.
After you are done adding all the products you wish to purchase, you can review them by viewing your cart and then click on checkout.
Once you enter your information, choose your payment method and successfully place an order. You will then receive an email confirmation on your registered email ID.
To reset your password, click on "login", then "forgot password" and enter your registered email ID. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
To cancel or edit your order after making the payment, email us at support@shopminty.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we will be happy to assist.
All Minty items undergo an in-person, multi-layered evaluation process performed by our suppliers by their in-house team of authentication experts.

All items are pre-owned. The condition of each item may vary based on its past usage. However, all products are reviewed by a team of experts for authenticity and extreme wear & tear, before being listed on MINTY.

PAYMENT
We currently accept payments through the following:
❯ Credit or Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
❯ Tabby - 4 interest-free instalments
At checkout, you may choose to pay in 4 instalment's through Tabby.
Upon selecting Tabby as your payment method, you will then be redirected to the Tabby platform to enter your payment details.
If you are new to Tabby, you can instantly create and account and pay though the same.
Tabby instalment's are divided into 4-interest free instalment's. You will only be charged 25% of the total order value at checkout and the balance will be charged in instalment's of 25% in each successive month.
For example, if you place and order of $1,000 on the 1st of July; you will be charged in the following manner -
- 1st July - $250
- 1st August - $250
- 1st September - $250
- 1st October - $250
Tabby is a third-party payment gateway operating in the Middle-East. For all payment related issues, you may be required to directly contact Tabby customer support.
All Minty products are inclusive of VAT*. The amount you see on the product page is the final price you will be paying at checkout. There will be no additional charges at checkout.
*VAT is added separately at checkout for KSA.
shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders.
Our expected delivery timelines for the GCC are between 10 to 12 business days.
Our expected delivery timelines for the USA are between 12 to 15 business days.
To check your order details at any time, login to your account, click on "Orders" and then click on the order number to get all details.
You can also reach out to our support team through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp or Email.
Currently, we offer free international shipping to the USA only.
Return & Refund
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on any Minty orders.
However, if you happen to receive your order in a condition that does not match the description on the website or is damaged please get in touch with us via email and we will guide you on the next steps.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchange services on any Minty orders at the moment.
You will be eligible for a refund if you happen to receive your order in a condition that does not match the description on the website.
If you order is eligible for a return, we will arrange for the item to be picked up free of cost.
Once your item is delivered to our warehouse and inspected as per the return reason mentioned by you, your refund will be processed as per your original payment method.
Refunds can take anywhere between 3-14 days depending on the delivery of your item and the processing time depending on the bank.
